I Believe in God the Father, Almighty, Creator of Heaven and Earth
The creed, yes, absolutely. It's the thing that binds us together as believers. So our profession of faith begins with God? Why? Because God is the first and the last. I believe in God the Father, Almighty, creator of heaven and earth. All space, all time, all everything comes from God. And this is absolutely, absolutely critically important. That there's one divine being, one supreme divine being. There are not many of them. They're not even three. Even when we start to talk about God as being three distinct persons, three divine persons, his essence still is one.
