Cellulitis - What's the Point of the Sharpy?

Woody, induration, lodwigs and angona are all good signs. Necrotising fasciatus can happen in variety different places. In different places it may be harder to find. We said blistering a bully, obviously. What other features here? Am i ripping out acos sign what am i doing?
