The initial Adderall shortage, which we can last year, is partly demand driven and partly a manufacturing problem. According to a Washington Post story, nearly 40% of all prescriptions for stimulants last year came via telemedicine. And the thing has been like working its way through the economy off and on since last July. That I think is the thing that really pushed it over the edge in the last two or three months.
