The Effect of Dose on Malignancy Rates

No patient with a history of malignancy within 10 years ever gets into a clinical trial yeah the highest risk probably aren't in. There was no dose effect that you saw as oral surveillance also did not see a dose effect for malignancy and the number needed to treat were a few hundred for one event over a year so is that fair no dose effect to show an increased risk? Not when we excluded the high doses we didn't see it dramatically change our event rates or our effect sizes but at least in our analysis we didn't seeing that.
