How to Navigate Between Small and Large Organizations
When you work with a bigger company you kind of miss that so it's like you're never really in the sweet spot but I've learned to navigate between the two. One common thing that I always come back to is this sort of point of empathy and getting them to move with you rowing in the same direction regardless of whether you're in a big company or in a small company. Cybersecurity is one of those areas where the ability to be a true leader in that kind of the dynamic of creating empathy around an issue that people feel a lot of anxiety about has made me much better as a leader.
