The evidence is overwhelming that Hamilton did in fact fire over Burr's head on purpose and I mean well we know for a fact that he fired over his head because his pistol ball struck a branch and clipped it off which Pendleton went the next day and collected. It would be an amazing thing to have a Hamiltonian relic now it would be so yeah worthy of veneration perhaps but all right so he I've given Hamilton fired through Burr was willing to let it go at a couple of times Burr Burr has a sort of non shallance about life that poor Hamilton never had.
