When you're depressed, a huge sustainer of that mind set is just negative rumination. So i would go all in on feeling and knowing something new. It's like the i guess the goal is to make contrast via making lots of change. We start hyperfocusing on trying to solve the thing,. Like we get fixated on the feeling of, i'm not happy, what's wrong? A lot of that is just the symptom of depression.
