The Silent Housing Crash

Average house prices are now falling on an annual basis in most parts of the UK. We're down by 3.5% year-on-year, the steepest decline since August 2009. London recorded an annual decline of 2.6%, but the average property price was still in excess of half a million pound. It's weakest performance since 2009, but that equates to a drop of around £15,000 over the last year. So I think... how would we summarise it? Basically saying that property prices are decreasing and talking about the silent housing crash.
