Is Your Structure Organized?
You should have two entities. If youare an operator and an investor, you should not be doing the same thing out of one entity. That is a classic mistake. You're screwing yourself up on taxes, and you're also ving yourself liable for something that goes wrong in the operating business where you have your same assets in the same entity. So there's so many instances of that where you need to kind of look in focus. Let's stop for a second, take a step back, look at the mess we have, and let's start reorganizing this and get organized.
