No fault divorce becomes a thing in 1969. People were saying, look, why does my divorce affect you? It doesn't, right? So if my marriage is falling apart and we want an easy way to get out of it, why is that a big deal to you? And what we found over the last many years is that it turns out that no fault divorce and easy divorce does affect all of us. We are social animals. What we do affects one another. The social norms that we live out affect our neighbor. If you're a friend of a person, every year, a friends of a person who gets a divorce, the odds of you getting a divorce go up. so
