I don't think there's any magic involved with Lady Rohan. It seems like it's much more likely with Chera C star given her connection of blood raven, who clearly at least goes on to have magical inclinations or whatever. But I will say that whether it's real magic or not, Egg doesn't really know, but he wants to believe it. Which is very much a real world kind of function. People like the more salacious, the more citing versions of stories. Because they're more interesting to tell in part.
