The Liberality of Child Labor in Certain Sektors

In Iowa, the proposal was to permit child labor and things like meet packing as long as it was part of a training program. I'm not persuaded by the idea that there's some valuable vocational training going on there. And it's not really appropriate in that context. That said, you know, if you can find a way to coordinate liberal compassion and kind of hard-nosed American business sense, that's when that's where you're really cooking.
