Can Banks Multiply or Create New Money?
Banks can only issue and create new money up to a certain point. If they ife banks could multiply in the way the ans assume, once again, the dollar would very quickly become worthless,. Why would you want to borrow something that has been multiplied out of value? As mesus was clear about, we borrow money from what it can be exchanged for. And one that shrinks by the day as a source of credit, has this power that it so clearly does not have.
