Maxwell's Demon: A Great Thought Experiment

James Clerk Maxwell sought a device that could make heat flow from cold to hot. He called it 'Maxwell's demon' and wanted to understand why we can't build such a device. Now, scientists have found out they can create one with just contact. But the process is very difficult because of time reversibility.
