Organizing and Line Struggle - How Do You Deal With Trauma?

I don't know if I have a lot of experience applying that stuff to an organization or working through it organizationally. We had a rally in 2017 where we were confronting a lot of these neo-fascist Trump supporters as Antifa at the time and the police crackdown was completely one-sided and brutal on us. So yeah, those things are incredibly difficult and there's no good way around them but trauma absolutely will impact your organizing.
