"I ave a strong work ethic. And frankly, i've wanted to leave the job for two or three years, but i'm not a quitter," he says. "How much do you really get from the experience? Like, if i do a job for two years versus ten years, how much additional work or additional gain do i get?" He adds: "Even if what you say is too 80 plus % is going to waste, who cares"?
