When you jump into someone else's area of expertise you just become like that statement is no better than a common low level level level three personal trainer. These people like these gut health you know experts suddenly talking about fat loss and blood glucose management and they just become no better than the guy down the pub going or did you hear that if you eat your protein you can't be just kidneys because of some obscure link now if you have chronic kidney disease there's more of a discussion there. In normal healthy individuals even individuals who might already have some negative impacts on their kidneys like a type 2 diabetic even they can eat elevated protein so that's just an area Huberman who I'm reliably told
