The Resilient Moment Communications Model
YouTube took some responsibility here and they started to pull the videos off of the platform because they knew that kids were just replicating what other kids were doing. When something happens, I embrace a model, the resilient moment communications model. And this was articulated by Dr. George Everly out of Hopkins. It basically says that if you answer these five questions, then more than 95% of the questions that people have will have been answered.
