I think banter is underrated. It really the power of like just having a little light touch and being able to chat people up is one of the strongest powers in the universe. I feel like it's had an interesting time because everyone's sensitivities have changedEveryone's barriers and boundaries of change as well, for good reasons and also some of them, you know, for personal reasons. And it can be quite hard to build a banter based culture. How do you build the trust first in order to be able to have banter? Like what, because I feel sometimes we do it the other way around.
