The Inside Out Model of Anger
The essentialist view is that, you know, anger is one thing. That's why we refer to anger. It has a set of characteristics and not every single instance of anger. But instead, what the data show is that there is no even prototypical pattern. Sometimes when you're angry, your blood pressure goes up, but actually sometimes it goes down. The brain bases of anger depends to some extent on your situation.
