How to Get Yourself Ready for the Day

Making my bed is the first item on my daily tude list that i get to cross off, which helps jump start my day. After i ve been up for about an hour or so, i will briefly, very briefly, check my text to make sure there isn't an emergency. As long as there isn't all texts, call social media can wait till after i've primed myself for the day. I love, love, love being connected to the world and my finger tips. But if i don't create the space between myself and my phone, i'll never find the time to get things done.
