So essentially understanding that yes I mean the user is asking a question in the context of that and then getting that information to the conversation AI engine are more important than just saying 'yes' The business rule would say first you need to authenticate the user before even reviewing the transactions. And similarly when you are talking about reviewing a transaction some amount of NLU can be leveraged with the help of LLM.
