i think includer is the secret to futuristic. Most people with futuristic struggle with that human element of getting too far ahead of themselves, or not pitching the vision. Includeor will help you include, bring those people in and make sure that they're involved in the decision making process. I was a little bit stumped as i was preparing on how to describe the difference between these two. They are both future oriented but do it in different ways.
