Patrick: I have made sure to book all of the developers for full day so they're absolutely no one can book them for meetings. The calendar is booked from the moment you start, the moment you go home. We use Slack in Slack. It's research day. You can do what you want. And I tend to go around on Fridays as well and say, hey, guys, there’s research day. What are you doing this time around? Oh, you're not doing anything? What about this idea? That's the gist of it. Have fun and see where it goes. Patrick: As a leader or a manager, also engaging the developers a little bit more.
