Is Your Protein Deficiency a Biggest Problem?

If you have to go over 200 calories one day to hit your protein target, and so your cumulative weekly deficit as 33 hundred calories, that'll be fine. I think in a situation like that, it probably does make more sense to go over a little bit to try tohit your protein goal. But again, ultimately, i think that this is more indicative of bigger problem. And if it's super common, ah, no answer here. You have to address the root of that problem.
