The Importance of Free Cities in the Real World
In 2013 a new law was established in Honduras that allowed for the development of special zones. Prospra and Ciudad Morazan are two major projects that have been able to garner investment, put that into practice. The tax arrangements are also much lighter There is some kind of a requirement that there will be common taxes like an income tax but this is kept pretty low.
