How to Maximize Muscle Mass

The biggest thing to realize is that the training stimulus is probably of most importance. After that's taken care of then protein intake in terms of per meal dose how that's distributed across today and in the timing relative to the training. For maximizing muscle mass you probably want to again be at least at the eukaloric intake but probably more than likely a slight calorie surplus is going to be of benefit. The rest come down to what you can what will help you drive the best performance in those lifting sessions and the recovery from that.
