The Benefits of Having an Open Office

The office hired handymen to dismantle all the glass cubicle walls. We have two lines of desks, so that somebody as sitting behind me, he's not looking into my pc. His back is against my back. Now when we have scrum meetings, we just turn around with our chairs and do brain storming.
