We are targeting probably 20 times more people today than we were six months ago. We use a call-room called easy button leads and it allows us to get our lead cost down below $30 per appointment which is you know in direct mail it was costing us around two to three thousand dollars per deal. Bo Palazzola has just grown this huge business and I love so many the tactics that he talked about when he was trying to just rub shoulders and learn from other agents.
