What Do You Love About Your Product?

Start-ups need to understand the process that a prospect goes through when they go to choose your stuff. Customers are good at articulating some parts of that, right? So if you go and ask a customer, what do you love about my product? They'll list a bunch of things. That's not necessarily the reason they chose you. The other thing we've got is often we've got amazing capabilities or features that our sales team doesn't really understand all that well,. We don't do a very good job of describing it in the market.
