Elias Kineser: I think the situations that lead to these types of security vulnerabilities come from higher up in the company pushing programmers to work too quickly or whatever. He says workers often understand the software, the code and the product better than our bosses. And he says unionizing within software is more about having healthy, happy lives for ourselves and taking care of users.
