The Anti Net Neutrality Argument

The anti net neutrality argument is that the people who are using all this traffic should also be financially responsible for it. So, so you may pay more than a tiny start up, but the amount they pay divided by the amount of traffic is the same. But yet we both kind of, i don'tknow about you, but i'm kind of foreign at neutrality. I never really understood the idea of charging different people amounts.
