The Importance of Freedom in Government

I think there's a combination of kind of keeping it simple and clear and bold and ambitious, but with giving people some freedom about what they want to do with their lives. You talk about this sort of quite famous behavioral economics department, so that like what is often referred to as the nudge department. Building a user led digital platform, which is good for citizens, takes away the complexity that we talked about earlier, but actually disrupts loads of internal systems and channels. And you know cross departmental working and things like that. These these kind of ingredients are on the table, but that it may take 10 years 20 years and actually that's okay or keep going if you can stay sane
