David Frum: It's clear that regulators are trying to stem this problem and prevent contagion from spreading. He says so far, the temps and teapot analogy is basically like, it's been the sick ones who have been culled. If bad banks die, weak banks in the herd, then there's market discipline, he says. "If you, if you, if good banks start to go down because of fear, then you start to go from tempos in a teapot," Frum adds.
