Is There a Lift in Prague?

Lifts start in the 1860s but they were basically unknown and he was from Prague which is sort of what like the third city of the Austro-Hungarian Empire. I mean there may have been lifts somewhere but not. Even after the first war there were places where you'd have an exhibition or you'd have a grand room and people would go just to go up and down a little lift that would probably only go up one floor. Or even that even later. People installed lifts in shops in London I think. Quite big ones. To get people in. Yeah so people come in and they going up one floor in the shop in the lift. That's happening at this point.
