Senior Citizens, Is That the New Senior Citizen Cut Off?
Some of my clients right now, i mean, there's one client where that's pretty much the situation. Another client where they were in the church leadership, exactly what you'd describe. And so the regret and the guilt. I raised my kid in this way of thinking about god and the bible and church. And there's just a lot of regret. They need support. They need community. Need they need therapy. Yet, in a sense, it is more sad because of that lack of tools. It's almost like people taking advantage of anyone is bad, but taking advantage of senior citizens feels especially bad.
