Casa Vega: A Social Distancing Restaurant

When Casa Vega opens, it will be a purely reservation system. The weird little kind of KV and wrap around layout of the restaurant really lends nicely to being able to spread out the customers. I've already laid out at the different capacities at what it might open. Some of those areas could really be used for outdoor dining. And then I'm very, very hopeful. And I think it's going to happen.
