The number one accountability question, we should ask ourselves every week and every month is this: How many opportunities did you put in the pipeline? And if you track that metric, you're going to have a healthy flowing full pipeline. You heard Yuri used the word ownership. I'm talking to you because top sales producers never point fingers at the inbound marketing or the marketing team or the sales development reps. They look at themselves and they go, it's on me. If the pipeline is not sufficient, I'm going to go create more opportunities.
