In therapy, we need to find out what the client wants. What is their goal? How will we know when we can stop meeting like this? What's the target? And wer's the hole onthe golf course? Different ways of asking it, but where's the goal? I wanto be able to go to sleep without being up all night. i wanto whatever their goal is. L then we have to ask ourselves, what resources does the client have that they can bring to bear exceptions to the problems? Talents they may have. Talk about er bring skills from one area into another,. generalization, cuestom, cross competency transfers, that kind of thing
