How to Master Your Attention in Life

The most important thing that you can do in life is master your attention. Examine, examine where you have your attention relative to that circumstance. Your external life is a reflection of your attention. If I'm being completely candid right now, I physically do not feel, not feel, but feel well in this moment. However, what I do not do is I do not let myself focus on how I physically feel. I have to move my attention.
