How to Organize for Optimism

Emotional dysregulation is a big part of ADHD. And that's something that I really have personally struggled with. So, my organizing for optimism in the beginning, it looks a lot like just organizing a space. It was less decision making for me. I organized my wardrobe. I changed to a capsule wardrobe so I had fewer decisions and not a bunch of pieces that I- What's a capsule wardrobe? My best friends and retail. But basically you take your clothes from like white the black and very in shades and you pick a few colors that you might really love. Like for me, it's navy and orange or red. And you pick mostly solids. You limit your wardrobe.
