Is Joyce's Vision of Reality in Ulysses a Work of Art?

The Coens are clearly influenced by Joyce. I think that's probably who isn't, right, on some level. And the way Ulysses is put together really is reminiscent of something like Tarot,. It's built out of a body of correspondences. The episodes also have corresponding arts and sciences. Each chapter has a dominant color, an organ or part of the body, and so on.
