International Organizations - The Lazy Way of Thinking About Them
How should we think of international institutions? We should probably think of them as vinus for competition. The chinese have been working really hard to try to coat these institutions, whether by placing their own nationals at the head of a number of specialized uin agencies. And so we need to get back to that understanding of international institutions as a place where competition happens if we're going to be successful.
