The Importance of Congruence in Life
"I've always been a very I always prided myself on being a congruent human being so running my congruent congruent is sort of you know I'm very clear about what I value," she says. "My purpose dries my actions and there's very little disconnect between then I struggle I actually struggle with shades of green between but and I think what happened through what happens to all of us to life is what I valued changing whether I think our values also change as you go older right?" She adds that her career at McKinsey has seen her become far more liberal now than when she was growing up in the middle-class upper cast environment.
