Time Blocking - The Right Way
Maggie: Time blocking is something that people bring up a lot, but we don't know how to go about it strategically or people don't talk about it as much. Jen: I was doing the same thing until somebody on LinkedIn told me I should time block. Maggie: If you give yourself less time to complete a task, typically you're going to figure out a way to do it more efficiently.
