Aldo: Spiritual design is my most poignant work, designing for behaviour change. I think it's important to apply behavior of science to ourselves in our own lives. How can we well form habits over time by repetition and setting up an environment? For me, right now, i am,. i actually used b j Fogg's tiny habits method, to be frank, and i found it really powerful. Spend some time in prayer in the morning once i wake up.
