Anand Kumar's Transformation
The founder of Dakshena says he was inspired by the Super 30 model. The program takes poor kids from slums to IITs in a year, and turns them into heroes. He wanted to replicate that success but didn't have as much name recognition. So he hired an ex-coach who helped him copy Anand Kumar's system.
