The Uninformed Risk Scale
i'd like you to think of a scale from zero to ten, left to right. And at each number we're going to place an investment idea or asset. The uninformed risk scale has one flavor of risk, volatility. The informed risk scale has three flavors of risk, three financial dragons for us to fight. We have loss of capital, loss of purchasing power, loss of behaviour. They are the three flavors of informed risk.
