Academics Have an Enormous Responsibilities
i thinko historians have had a very big roll in fostering this nationalism as well. We forget some part of the anger and resentment we feel because of this larger context within which certain decisions and episodes occurred. So i wouldn't exculpate academics from the things that are going wrong. Yes. And perhaps the best thing we can always do is insist that, you know, ellif not a hundred flowers bloom, but a multiplicity of flowers are considered.
