Was It a Gentleman's Club?
I think even quite a lot of the men in the loby would admit that if you go back, um, to the 19 nineties, it was still something of a male club. There were women who blazed a trail ahead of me but it was a very male dominated environment. And yes, i i it's still a very, uh, it's, it's not a particularly diverse place. But it is changing gradually. It's chan anging gradually. I think there's a will to do this. But of course, there's always more to do.
